Personal coaching is conducted one-to-one in a relaxed, supportive and confidential coaching relationship.
Clients may book a coaching relationship over 2, 3 or 6 months according to need and preference.
Each session lasts 60 minutes, and is conducted over Skype or Zoom with opportunities for support and contact between sessions.
With a good internet connection, clients may therefore benefit from my services wherever they are based in the world.

Our coaching conversation focuses on whatever feels relevant to the client,
whether personal or professional. It also includes simple but powerful techniques to promote inner alignment and mindfulness.

Sessions are usually held every week or every two-weeks depending on the needs of the client. Coaching is not intended to be a long-term process, but clients may extend the coaching relationship if they wish.
