PERSONAL COACHING

Personal coaching is conducted one-to-one in a relaxed, supportive and confidential coaching relationship.
Clients may book a coaching relationship over 2, 3 or 6 months according to need and preference.

Each session lasts 60 minutes, and is conducted over Skype or Zoom with opportunities for support and contact between sessions. 

​With a good internet connection, clients may therefore benefit from my services wherever they are based in the world.
Our coaching conversation focuses on whatever feels relevant to the client,
​whether personal or professional.  ​​It also includes simple but powerful techniques to promote inner alignment and mindfulness.​

​Sessions are usually held every week or every two-weeks depending on the needs of the client. Coaching is not intended to be a long-term process, but clients may extend the coaching relationship if they wish.
